Special Service Campaign for the Combination Meter Replacement on certain Toyota Veloz Models

The following Toyota models are affected by the Special Service Campaign for the Combination Meter Replacement:
Model
Involved Units
Production period
Veloz 208 April 11, 2022 to April 19, 2022
Total 208

Involved vehicles are equipped with the combination meter in which solder paste may not have been applied correctly to some terminals on the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) where the power supply Integrated Circuit (IC) is installed. If the vehicle is operated on a rough surface road or in severe temperature conditions, the IC lead pin(s) may detach from the terminal, causing the combination meter not to display information such as speed, fuel level, and warnings. This condition may divert the driver’s attention from the driving task.

Customers will be notified by Toyota Motor Philippines Team through Official Notification Letter and will be invited by authorized Toyota Dealerships to replace the Combination Meter at NO COST. Customers may also check if the TOYOTA vehicle is included in any active Service Campaign at https://online.toyota.com.ph/service-campaign.

Customers with vehicles included in the service campaign are highly encouraged to immediately set an appointment with any authorized Toyota dealer to perform the necessary vehicle repairs to prevent problems from occurring.

For more information or further inquiries, Customers may contact any authorized Toyota Dealerships or Toyota's Customer Assistance Center (CAC) Hotline +632 8819 2912, email us at [email protected] or direct message through TMP official Facebook page, or 'Contact Support' via MyToyotaPH app.
