Customer Satisfaction Campaign for Lane Tracing Assist (LTA) Camera Software Reprogram and/or Owner’s Manual Replacement on certain Toyota GR Yaris Models

For Camera, Lane Tracing Assist (LTA) does not recognize a course but still displays as “Recognized” due to incorrect control program written for the ECU of the front recognition camera (Course means boundary between asphalt and the side of the road, such as grass, soil, or a curb)

For Owner’s Manual, LTA function is incorrectly mentioned in the Owner’s manual since it was created based on the incorrect information.

Customers will be notified by Toyota Motor Philippines Team through Official Notification Letter and will be invited by authorized Toyota Dealerships to perform camera software reprogram and/or Owner’s Manual replacement at NO COST. Customers may also check if the TOYOTA vehicle is included in any active Service Campaign at https://online.toyota.com.ph/service-campaign.

Customers with vehicles included in the service campaign are highly encouraged to immediately set an appointment with any authorized Toyota dealer to perform the necessary vehicle repairs to prevent problems from occurring.
