The pivot connection of the Manual Valve Lever has insufficient strength. The Manual Valve Lever is connectedto the shift lever of the Automatic Transmission by the Valve Body. With this condition, there is a possibilitythat the Valve Body may not operate to properly shift to the intended shift position.
Customers will be notified by Toyota Motor Philippines Team through Official Notification Letter and will beinvited by authorized Toyota Dealerships to inspect and/or replace the Manual Valve Lever Sub-assemblywith a new one at NO COST. Customers may also check if the TOYOTA vehicle is included in any active Service Campaign at https://online.toyota.com.ph/service-campaign.
Customers with vehicles included in the service campaign are highly encouraged to immediately set an appointment with any authorized Toyota dealer to perform the necessary vehicle repairs to prevent problems from occurring.
