Special Service Campaign for Combination Meter Reprogramming on Multiple Models

As part of its corporate commitment to product safety and quality, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has launched a Special Service Campaign to reprogram / replace the Combination Meter System on multiple Toyota models.
In the Philippine market, the Special Service Campaign on multiple Toyota models will cover a total of 3,416 vehicles:

Model
Involved Units
Production period
Alphard 2,708 June 12, 2023 to May 19, 2025
Camry 1 May 7, 2024 to
Corolla 110 May 30, 2023 to September 20, 2024
Corolla Cross 597 November 2, 2023 to October 21, 2024
Total 3,416

The subject vehicles are equipped with a combination meter system that displays various information such as warning lights, indicators, and vehicle gauges on a 12.3-inch screen in the dashboard. Due to a programming error, the system will repeatedly save unnecessary data, causing the memory to deplete sooner than expected. If this happens, the screen may not turn on when starting the vehicle and remain off. Driving without a visible speedometer or warning lights may increase the risk of an accident in certain situations.

Involved customers will be notified by Toyota Motor Philippines through Official Notification Letter and will be invited by authorized Toyota Dealers to reprogram / replace the Combination Meter System at NO CHARGE to the vehicle owners. Customers may also check if their vehicles are included in any active Service Campaign at https://online.toyota.com.ph/service-campaign. Please note: The reprogramming software and replacement parts for this Special Service Campaign are currently unavailable and are expected to be ready by October 2025 or later.

Once repair parts are available, involved customers with vehicles included in the service campaign are highly encouraged to immediately set an appointment with any authorized Toyota dealer to perform the necessary repair and prevent problems from occurring. Customers may also schedule the repair during the Periodic Maintenance appointment if the vehicle is already due or approaching its regular maintenance schedule.

For more information or further inquiries, Customers may contact any authorized Toyota Dealerships or Toyota’s Customer Assistance Center (CAC) hotline at (02) 8819 2912, email us at [email protected] or direct message through TMP official Facebook page
