Customer Satisfaction Campaign (CSC) Power Distribution Box (PDB) Replacement on the Alphard

As part of its corporate commitment to product safety and quality, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has launched a Customer Satisfaction Campaign to replace the Power Distribution Box on the Toyota Alphard.

 

In the Philippine market, the Customer Satisfaction Campaign on the Toyota Alphard will cover a total of 89 vehicles:

The affected vehicles have a rear window defogger connected to the vehicle’s power distribution box through a wire harness. A terminal on the power distribution box that supplies power to the defogger may have been installed in the wrong position. If this happens, the connection could be weak or missing, causing the rear window defogger to stop working. This may reduce visibility through the rear window when there is moisture or fog while driving.

 

Involved customers will be notified by Toyota Motor Philippines through Official Notification Letter and will be invited by authorized Toyota Dealers to replace the Power Distribution Box (PDB) at NO CHARGE to the vehicle owners. Customers may also check if their vehicles are included in any active Service Campaign at https://online.toyota.com.ph/service-campaign for all Toyota models.

 

Involved customers with vehicles included in the service campaign are highly encouraged to immediately set an appointment with any authorized Toyota dealer to perform the necessary repair and prevent problems from occurring. Customers may also schedule the repair during the Periodic Maintenance appointment if the vehicle is already due or approaching its regular maintenance schedule.
